Loyalty Program Update
Everything you need to know about your instrument accruals
Roland Cloud has offered a variety of promotions to our members. On this page, you’ll find a brief synopsis of each promotion, with the applicable dates, and a link to the full terms of membership for each period.
Promotions that are attached to a membership are valid per the terms of membership during signup and will not be accrued while cancelled. All Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys issued are yours to keep and will not be revoked for the life of the instrument.
YOURS Program active until 12/31/2018
For our earliest adopters, we created the YOURS Program. This promotion ran until 12/31/2018 and is sometimes referred to as our Loyalty program. Members that signed up before 12/31/2018 are awarded two Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys for every 12 months of paid Ultimate membership, for a maximum of 10 Reward Instruments Lifetime Keys. Members that enrolled in the YOURS Program received a Loyalty Point* for each month enrolled.
*Members that have signed up for Roland Cloud outside of these specified promotional windows, may notice Loyalty Points visible on their account. These points are the number of months a member has had an Ultimate membership and may be visible to some users that are not currently enrolled in an accrual-based promotion. These loyalty points are a durational measure for each account in the case that we implement future promotions based on accrual and are not redeemable for the YOURS Program unless the member has joined within the specified enrollment period.
Play 2 4 Life Promotion active 12/1/2018 - 12/31/2018
Our Play 2 4 Life promotion was implemented during the holiday season of 2018, separately from the YOURS Program*. The Play 2 4 Life promotion ran from 12/1/2018 – 12/31/2018 and gave two Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys with the purchase of an annual membership. The Play 2 4 Life promotion did not award instruments beyond the initial 12 months of the annual membership required for participation.
* In this promotion, anyone that had Loyalty Points from the YOURS Program had the option to trade Loyalty Points for additional free months with their purchase of an annual membership. For example, if you had 4 Loyalty points (4 months) and purchased an annual membership (12 months), we would extend the annual membership to be 16 months total.
Play 4 Life Promotion active 11/25/2020 - 1/31/2021
The Play 4 Life promotion ran from 11/25/2020 – 1/31/2021 and included one Reward Instrument Lifetime Key with the purchase of a Pro Annual membership, or two Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys with the purchase of an Ultimate Annual membership. The rewards in the Play 4 Life promotion apply to the initial purchase, and do not extend beyond the initial 12 months.

Reward Instrument Lifetime Keys are Lifetime Keys that are awarded to a member as part of a promotion to access instruments in the Roland Cloud Collection. Roland Cloud Manager is required for authentication of the licenses of these instruments.
