GALAXIAS 1.5 Now Available

At Roland Cloud, we continually improve our systems and software to make things easier for our users. GALAXIAS 1.5 offers new functionality and performance updates. You can update directly within GALAXIAS via the notification bell. These kinds of GALAXIAS core updates are only between 12-35 MB, depending on platform, and don't require an entirely new download within RCM. Check out some of the new features below.

What's new in GALAXIAS 1.5?

Two new power effects: Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus amplifier and Modulation Delay

Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus: The king of clean tones (and more) is now included in GALAXIAS. Enhance a wide range of sounds from keys and plucks to drums and leads.
Modulation Delay: With its dual delay engines, cross feedback, and deep pitch modulation, warping time and space is easier than ever.

Scene and Setlist Sharing

My Content: Now you can share your favorite Scenes with other GALAXIAS users. The main menu’s new “My Content” portal lets you easily export your Scenes and Setlists in convenient zip archives. These archives can be easily shared and imported by simply dragging and dropping them onto the GALAXIAS window.

Feature Improvements

Scene View: We've made several UI improvements in the area including a new pan feature. Simply click and drag on the background to scroll the view when needed.

Scene Browser: An improvement was made to keep the current Scene list in focus when changing Scene folders. No more jumping to the top of the Scene list!

Plug-in Resize: Improvements were made to the resizing behavior of the main GALAXIAS window in DAWs like FL Studio, Reaper, and Cubase.
CHORDS: Several minor issues were fixed in our new CHORDS sequencer plug-in.

Bug Fixes

We take bug reports seriously, and we appreciate all the users who bring them to our attention. In addition to new features and improvements, GALAXIAS 1.5 includes over two dozen fixes.
