At Roland Cloud, we continually improve our systems and software to make things easier for our users. Roland Cloud Manager 3.1.14 provides critical maintenance and performance updates as well as the discontinuation of support for macOS 10.14 and 10.15. We recommend updating to the latest version of Roland Cloud Manager to optimize your experience and ensure proper functionality. Please see the release notes below for specifics on this update.

3.1.14 Release Notes:
- New: Dropped support for macOS 10.14 and macOS 10.15.
- Improved: Technologies used in RCM upgraded.
- Improved: Improvements on how RCM handles the authentication of Instruments, reducing errors.
- Improved: Significantly reduced the size of the macOS APP.
- Improved: Improved user data refresh after a purchase.
- Improved: Improved behavior of RCM when downloading to external disks. In particular, those with older formats (e.g. FAT32).
- Improved: Improve download reserve calculus.
- Fixed: When starting the macOS installer on an ARM machine, the system could ask to install Rosetta.
- Fixed: While downloading two or more Expansion Packs, RCM might not show the download progress.
- Fixed: While installing Zenology with a PRO Membership, its visible status might remain as “Installing”.
- Fixed: The uninstall menu from the Library might get cut off if opened too close to the bottom of the window.
- Fixed: When resuming downloads, their progress bars could not be accurate.
- Fixed: RCM could calculate more space required than needed and refuse to download when there is enough space.
- Fixed: Under certain circumstances, the download progress bar in the Library might not be displayed.
- Fixed: Under certain circumstances, RCM could try to start downloads twice.
- Fixed: Under certain circumstances, RCM could freeze while closing down.
- Fixed: Under certain circumstances, Windows might show an error about missing symbols.
- Fixed: Under certain circumstances, RCM could close itself when handling PRO Selector toggles.
